At L’Olivo, we're bringing this authentic experience to you with Culinary Director, Giuseppe di Gennaro. This marks Giuseppe's exciting return to the Inglewood culinary scene, a place he knows and loves.

“Mare e Terra”: Buffalo mozzarella, roasted peppers, anchovies & bread “briciole”

“In Carrozza”: Seared mortadella pocket, provolone, white balsamic, pistachio

“Olivata”: Castelvetrano olive medley, soft salamino, roasted garlic-orange oil

“Grana e Norcia” : Grana Padano fritters, aged Prosciutto di Norcia I.G.P, aged balsamic

“Casarecce” : Spicy sausage, saffron, tomato passata & smoked provolone

“Ziti” : “Genovese” candied onions, pulled duck, white wine & fresh sage

“Bruschetta” : Parmesan, San Marzano tomato, burrata & basil pesto

“Crostini” : Ciabatta crostini, smoked chicken, apple-pecan pesto & fresh apple
